First of all, I got a package from Japan...

And inside were Urusei Yatsura gashapon figures! I have the hardest time finding anything from this series (maybe because it's from the late 70s/early 80s) but it's Rumiko Takahashi's best show. She also does Ranma and Inu Yasha (which I still think blows, but I've only seen it dubbed). Pics...

They're in front of my Monsters 3 because that shelf has a light above it.

I also got a Dreamcast game I've been looking for forever. I almost bought this a few years ago...but I didn't and had a bitch of a time finding it. At least while I was still searching for it there was an arcade with the Japanese version there to tide me over. The Dreamcast release includes 2 secret characters to play as, one being Morrigan from Darkstalkers.

It's a Canadian copy, so the shrinkwrapped game was shrinkwrapped a second time with a French language mini-manual on the back.

The manual's pretty useless, it basically tells you how to turn on a Dreamcast and what the button names are IN FRENCH. Woooo!

BTW, the game is a top-down view vertical scrolling shooter. It's by Psikyo, who make awesome shooters.

And I got many, many comics yesterday, but the Army of Darkness cover I've waited 2 weeks for finally came in yesterday.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">It's sure is! It kicks all the others in the patoot, even the J. Scott Campbell one, I think.

It's funny seeing a cover like that on a comic that looks like this though.

Yes, the guy who everyone was crazy over his "animated style" Evil Dead stuff is drawing the comic. And Andy Hartnell of Danger Girl fame is writing it.
